About Us

Founded in 2008 and headquartered in New York City, Hercules Networks is the manufacturer and distributor of the goCharge line of mobile device charging kiosks. Providing a convenient, powerful, and safe charge, each goCharge self-service mobile device charging kiosks contain multiple charging tips. Just as the ATM provides people with the convenience to acquire cash on-the-go, goCharge allows people to productively and comfortably proceed with their day, without the distraction and fear of a dead battery.

Leadership

Paul King (Founder): goCharge was Paul´s idea. Having suffered a dead cellphone experience right after graduating from Carnegie-Mellon University, he wondered why ATMs provide cash all over, yet there is no solution for a dying cellphone battery outside of the home or car. Paul designed the first goCharge kiosk in 2008, and has been actively involved in all aspects of the business ever since. Paul resides in Sunny Isles, Florida. paulking@herculesnetworks.com

David Walke (CEO): After a successful entrepreneurial career as the founder and Managing Director of Morgen-Walke Associates, a world-renowned investor relations agency, and Chairman and CEO of Guideline, Inc., a leading business research firm, David met Paul in 2008 and was immediately fascinated by the goCharge concept. As CEO, David has been responsible for fund-raising for goCharge, as well as leading the company through its development and progress. Andrew Bassin (Director of Operations and Logistics): Andrew joined goCharge in 2010, after a long and successful career in distribution of music cds, as well as other technology-based entrepreneurial businesses. He manages all of goCharge´s operations and logistics, including the company´s rapidly-growing conference, trade show and event business, as well as product design and production. Ben Richman (Senior Vice President, Sales): Ben joined goCharge in August of 2012. After a brief stint as a litigator in New York City, Ben founded a successful infomercial company. With a focus on iPod accessories, mainly external battery packs and chargers, Ben soon adopted the solution to accommodate cell phones. Eventually, Ben thought this should be also available to people on the move. Thus, KEO was born. KEO partnered with Hudson News, the Nation´s largest airport retailer, and deployed cell phone charging/digital signage kiosks into the largest airports in the Country. Scott Gurfein (Business Development): Scott joined goCharge in January of 2012, continuing a diversified and exciting entrepreneurial career in both consumer and technology products. Gary Rones (Executive Chairman): Gary invested in goCharge in September 2009, and has been an active operational executive and advisor. Gary is also a successful entrepreneur, having built, managed and sold several industrial and consumer-related businesses over 35+ years.
